Privacy

StrangerSpace does not ask you to create an account. There is no public user profile, email signup, or phone verification for ordinary use.

When you start an interactive feature, the server issues a temporary guest session in an HttpOnly cookie. The raw session secret is not put in page URLs. If the cookie is lost, you get a new temporary identity. Call and chat history are not restored.

We do not claim that no data is collected. The service processes what it needs to run: session metadata, match preferences, room membership, stream titles, viewer counts, and moderation records. Network addresses may be salted and hashed for short-lived abuse limits. They are not used as a permanent identity.

Private random-call media is handled by the configured LiveKit server. This application does not record those calls. Public streams are not saved as replays by this application.

Chat and live comments are not written to PostgreSQL, are not kept in a Redis history list, and are not sent to analytics. Do not put secrets in a live message.

Operator accounts exist only for moderation. They are not a public registration system. This page does not certify GDPR, COPPA, or any other compliance program. Review the deployment checklist before a public launch.
